Step through the Magical Portal at the Reindeer Lodge – the secret gateway to Santa’s hidden Land of Elven, where families are transported into a fully immersive 2½ hour quest, through a stunning Lakeside Valley, Mystical Woodland and hidden Elf Villages to train as honorary Guardians of Elven and meet Father Christmas and his Reindeer herds.

The Christmas Express Train
After entering Santa’s hidden realm through the Magical Portal your Epic Quest begins in the mystical Land of Elven. Meet the Train Conductor and embark on the Elven Express land train ride, transporting you deep down into the Enchanted Valley to begin Elfhood training.

Enchanted Valley & Moonstone Castle
Step off the train at Riddler’s Glen to learn how to Dream BIG with the whimsical Mr. Fizzwick, in a magical tale to inspire your imagination. Then take the lakeside trail with breathtaking valley views over to Moonstone Castle… the enchanted home of the Fairy Godmother.

Step into the hustle and bustle of daily Elven town life, meet its festive characters, explore, eat and enjoy the stunning snow-capped Christmas village, with its shops, activities and Santa’s Post Office. Watch the Elven Town Brass Band with a mulled wine in hand from the Sleigh Bell Inn.

Toy Workshop & Stage Shows
Take your seats in Elven Town theatre for a fun packed Elf stage show as you undergo ‘HAVE FUN’ Elfhood training. Then join the Professor Clockwork and other Elves in the Toy Workshop to help them build toys to meet this year’s quota and complete your Elfhood training – to become a certified GUARDIAN of ELVEN.

Visit Santa’s Cabin
Enter one of the UK’s best Santa’s Grottos with beautiful decoration and gorgeous staging. Take a trip down memory lane through the awesome Toy Museum to reminisce about Toys of Christmas Past before meeting Father Christmas himself in his stunning Santa’s Grotto, one family at a time, with a gift for every child.
