Reindeer Lodge Covid-19 measures

It's been a pretty strange time for everyone and we'd like to give our visitors something to really look forward to with an enchanted drive through adventure from the warmth and safety of your car.

We will be following guidelines from the Welsh Government and also implementing our own additional measures to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff during your visit. Activities and facilities offered are subject to change in line with Welsh Government Covid-19 guidelines so please check for updates of our safety measures again before travelling. Visitors will also be notified of our latest procedures on arrival.

Our Covid-19 safety measures include:

Entry is by pre-booked tickets only.

Visitors are asked not to arrive earlier than their booked ticket time to avoid any unnecessary congestion and reduce visitor numbers on site.

We will be operating a drive-thru experience where visitors can remain in the safety of their own car bubble. Screen shots of your ticket or ticket print outs can be help up to your vehicle window on check in.

Before travelling visitors will be given details of our latest procedures and map of the attraction.

Visitors are asked to remain in their vehicles at all times unless using the toilet facilities or rest areas. There will be drive-thru food outlets and parking food service available before entering the attraction.

There is a strict one way system around the whole site to avoid congestion.

We have Covid-19 trained cleaners for all contact, food and toilet areas of the attraction. Toilet facilities are on a continuous cleaning regime to ensure their cleanliness.

As an outdoor attraction face masks are not presently required, however this may become compulsory in line with Welsh Government guidelines.

Hand sanitiser stations are provided at all toilet and shared contact areas and visitor usage is required before and after usage.

All food and serving staff are Covid-19 trained.

Protection screens are fitted to serving counters and serving areas and counter tops are routinely sanitised.

Contactless payment is preferred for all on site transactions including, food, drink, retail and photographs. Chip and PIN and cash may still be used with shared contact surfaces sanitised between use.

There will be no physical contact between visitors and Father Christmas and we kindly ask visitors to remain in their vehicles.
